• $150 per 45-minute individual counseling session

• $165 per 60-minute individual counseling session

• $165 initial client intake/assessments for individual counseling

• $185 per Crisis Counseling appointments if less than 8 hr notice

• $225 and up per hour for assessments, diagnostic summaries, and more such as Autism Spectrum for Adults

Ask about a self-pay discount - if you pay for 4 sessions in advanced @ $485.

• All insurance with go through Headway.co our partners for billing

• Those with insurance will be provided by Headway through your account a full outline of your deductibles and copay per session.

• *Initial intake/assessment sessions generally are the first sessions in the course of therapy. Rates include the costs of assessments. 

• Self-pay: In accordance with the federal No Surprises Act, a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges will be provided upon request or upon scheduling services. The purpose of the estimate is to give clients an opportunity to manage their care costs and to prevent surprise billing.

• There is no client-counselor contract without first payment of services. 

• All appointments are reserved for you or especially for the client. We charge a fee of $50 or more up to half the appointment charge if an appointment is not canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of that appointment. If no-show or not canceled 4 hours- fees will apply of half the appointment or more. If this policy is not acceptable for you, we totally understand and are happy to refer you to another provider.
